Acceleposts Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Acceleposts, including its content workflow tools, publishing functions, scheduling features, analytics, file tools, link management features, campaign tools, connected services, support features, and other services made available through the platform.
Acceleposts may also offer optional AI-assisted tools where available. AI features are not required to use Acceleposts and may be disabled by default. If you choose to enable AI features, additional terms related to AI usage, token packages, AI-assisted outputs, generated content, and third-party AI services apply.
By creating an account, accessing Acceleposts, using any platform feature, purchasing a plan, enabling optional AI features, purchasing or using tokens, connecting third-party services, uploading content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Acceleposts.
These Terms are intended to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices or policies provided within the platform.
Language and Translation Notice
These Terms of Use may be made available in multiple languages for user convenience.
The English version is the official and controlling version of these Terms of Use. Translations are provided for convenience only.
If there is any conflict, inconsistency, or difference in meaning between a translated version and the English version, the English version will control to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Some legal terms may not translate exactly across languages or jurisdictions. Users should refer to the English version for the official meaning of these Terms of Use.
1. What Acceleposts Is
Acceleposts is a digital content workflow, publishing, scheduling, analytics, link management, file management, and marketing campaign platform designed to help users create, organize, schedule, publish, manage, track, and analyze digital content and campaigns.
Acceleposts is built as a core workflow platform first. Users may use the platform without enabling optional AI features. Where AI-assisted tools are available, users may choose whether to enable them. AI access may require separate token purchases, usage limits, or additional feature availability.
Depending on your plan, account status, connected services, enabled settings, and available features, Acceleposts may include access to tools such as:
Channels and connected publishing destinations
Publishing and scheduling tools
Blog, post, category, tag, and RSS tools
RSS schedules
Bulk posting tools
Caption and content organization tools
Teams and Groups
Watermark tools
File storage and file management features, including Fierce Files where available
Search Media Online tools
Automation API access
Fierce Links, short links, QR codes, CTA tracking, and link analytics where available
Analytics and reporting
Support and ticket features
Affiliate tools where available
Plans, coupons, subscriptions, billing, and payment-related features
Optional AI-assisted tools where available and enabled by the user
Optional token-based AI tools where available and purchased by the user
Not all features are available to every user or every plan. Certain features may be limited, disabled, in beta, restricted by usage limits, restricted by token availability, or available only through upgraded access.
AI-assisted tools, generated content features, token packages, media generation tools, image tools, video tools, voice tools, music tools, marketplace tools, beta tools, or expanded platform features may be subject to additional rules within these Terms or additional notices provided within the platform.
Acceleposts does not force users to enable AI features. If you do not want to use AI-assisted tools, you may use the core platform features that are available under your plan without enabling optional AI features.
2. Account Registration and Responsibility
To use certain features of Acceleposts, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Properly managing team members, permissions, roles, connected services, enabled features, and account settings
Ensuring that your use of Acceleposts complies with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party terms, and these Term
Reviewing content before publishing, scheduling, sharing, downloading, distributing, or relying on it
Managing any optional AI features, token purchases, connected accounts, or integrations you choose to enable or use
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if your credentials have been compromised.
If optional AI features, token-based tools, integrations, connected channels, publishing tools, or team features are available, you are responsible for how those features are enabled, used, managed, and monitored under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or limit access if we believe an account has been compromised, is being misused, violates these Terms, creates a security risk, causes payment or billing issues, abuses optional AI or token-based tools, or may cause harm to users, the platform, third-party services, or the public.
2.1 Third-Party Login Providers
Acceleposts may allow users to create an account or log in using third-party login providers, including Google, Facebook, Meta, or other providers where available.
If you choose to use a third-party login provider, you agree that your use of that login service is also governed by the applicable terms, policies, privacy settings, account controls, and security practices of that provider.
Acceleposts does not control Google, Facebook, Meta, or any other third-party login provider. We are not responsible for their services, availability, security practices, data handling, account decisions, outages, policy changes, login restrictions, account suspensions, or authentication issues.
Using Google, Facebook, Meta, or another third-party login provider does not automatically authorize Acceleposts to publish content, manage pages, access private messages, control your social accounts, or use connected services on your behalf. Publishing access, channel connections, page permissions, analytics permissions, or other integrations must be separately authorized where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the third-party account used to log in. If your third-party account is disabled, deleted, restricted, disconnected, compromised, or no longer available, your ability to access Acceleposts through that login method may be affected.
Acceleposts may allow you to update, disconnect, or change login methods where available, but we cannot guarantee recovery of access if a third-party provider restricts, disables, deletes, or otherwise limits your login account.
3. Teams, Groups, Roles, and Permissions
Acceleposts may allow users to create or participate in teams, groups, workspaces, or shared account environments.
The account owner or administrator is responsible for:
Assigning appropriate roles and permissions
Removing users who should no longer have access
Monitoring team activity
Ensuring team members follow these Terms
Managing access to content, files, analytics, publishing channels, connected accounts, API tools, optional AI features, tokens, billing features, and other account tools
Reviewing which users are allowed to publish, schedule, edit, upload, connect services, manage links, view analytics, use tokens, enable optional AI features, or access billing information
If you are invited into a team, group, workspace, or shared account environment, you agree to use the access granted to you only for authorized purposes.
Misuse of team access, unauthorized publishing, unauthorized data access, unauthorized use of optional AI features or tokens, abuse of permissions, or actions taken outside the authority granted to you may result in account restriction, removal, suspension, or other action.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any content, materials, data, files, media, text, images, captions, prompts, posts, blog content, RSS content, links, QR codes, designs, watermarks, campaigns, comments, support requests, or other materials you upload, create, submit, store, generate, schedule, publish, share, or process through Acceleposts.
User Content may include content you create manually, content you upload, content you import, content you schedule, content you publish through connected accounts, and content created or assisted by optional AI features if you choose to enable and use those features.
You remain responsible for your User Content.
By using Acceleposts, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to use, upload, publish, distribute, store, process, or share your User Content
Your User Content does not violate the rights of others
Your User Content does not violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party platform rules, or these Terms
Your User Content does not contain harmful, illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or prohibited material
You will review all content before publishing, scheduling, sharing, downloading, distributing, or relying on it
You will not upload, publish, generate, or distribute content that violates copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, or other rights
You grant Acceleposts a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, format, modify as technically necessary, publish as instructed, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and support the platform and related services.
Acceleposts does not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you upload, create, generate, store, or publish it through the platform.
If you use optional AI-assisted features, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-assisted content or generated output before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it. Acceleposts does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is accurate, original, complete, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for your intended use
5. Publishing, Scheduling, Channels, and Connected Accounts
Acceleposts may allow you to connect channels, social platforms, websites, blogs, feeds, or other third-party destinations for publishing, scheduling, automation, analytics, or related platform functions.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have authority to connect each account, page, channel, website, blog, feed, or destination
Managing permissions for each connected account or channel
Complying with each third-party platform’s terms, rules, content policies, API rules, rate limits, community standards, and privacy requirements
Reviewing scheduled, drafted, imported, automated, bulk, RSS-based, or AI-assisted content before it is published
Monitoring posts, links, campaigns, and published content after publication
Disconnecting accounts, channels, or services you no longer wish to use
Ensuring that anything published through your connected accounts is accurate, lawful, authorized, and appropriate for your intended audience
Using optional AI-assisted tools only if you choose to enable them and only in compliance with these Terms
Acceleposts is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including content removal, account suspension, account restriction, API changes, failed publishing, rate limits, loss of access, data restrictions, changes in platform rules, outages, login issues, moderation decisions, or service interruptions.
Publishing, scheduling, automation, RSS posting, bulk posting, connected channel activity, and optional AI-assisted posting may not always work as expected. Posts may fail, be delayed, be rejected, display differently, or be removed by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for anything published, scheduled, shared, distributed, or sent through your connected accounts, whether created manually, imported, automated, bulk uploaded, RSS-based, or assisted by optional AI features.
Acceleposts does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that any post, campaign, link, media item, blog, feed, or scheduled content will be accepted, published, displayed, ranked, retained, or distributed by any third-party platform.
6. Blogs, Posts, Categories, Tags, RSS Feeds, and RSS Schedules
Acceleposts may include tools for creating, organizing, importing, drafting, scheduling, or publishing blog posts, content posts, categories, tags, RSS feeds, RSS-based content, and related content workflows.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Imported, syndicated, or republished content is lawfully used
RSS feeds are authorized for your intended use
Republished content does not violate copyright, licensing terms, attribution requirements, platform rules, or third-party rights
Categories, tags, titles, descriptions, excerpts, and metadata are accurate and not misleading, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or spam-like
Automated publishing settings, RSS schedules, bulk posting settings, and connected destinations are reviewed and monitored
Any AI-assisted blog, caption, title, excerpt, tag, or content suggestion is reviewed, edited, verified, and approved by you before publication if you choose to enable and use optional AI features
Acceleposts may restrict, disable, remove, or limit blog content, posts, feeds, categories, tags, RSS activity, publishing schedules, or related account activity that appears abusive, spam-like, infringing, unlawful, harmful, excessive, misleading, deceptive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Acceleposts does not guarantee that imported feeds, RSS schedules, blog posts, tags, categories, or automated publishing tools will work without interruption, error, delay, formatting differences, failed publication, duplicate posting, or third-party platform rejection.
7. AI Publishing, Publishing Automation, and Optional AI-Assisted Tools
Acceleposts may include AI Publishing, publishing automation, scheduling, multi-channel publishing, caption tools, templates, prompts, content suggestions, or other tools designed to help users create, organize, prepare, schedule, and publish content across connected platforms.
AI Publishing may include core publishing workflow features that help users send content to more than one connected platform. These publishing features may be available as part of the platform even if optional AI generation features are not enabled.
Some AI-related areas, menu items, or feature names may appear within Acceleposts even if a user is on a non-AI plan or has not yet activated AI access. The appearance of an AI-related area does not mean that all related AI features are active, included, or available for use under a user’s current subscription.
Users may have the ability to enable AI features within their profile or account settings. Enabling AI features does not automatically grant unlimited access to AI tools, AI-assisted tools, or AI-generated features. Depending on the user’s subscription, enabled settings, and available platform options, access to AI features may require an upgraded plan, a token package, available usage balance, or other access conditions.
Some AI-related functions may support core publishing workflow features, while other AI-assisted or generative functions may only be available to users who have enabled AI access and who meet the applicable plan, token, usage, or account requirements.
If you choose to enable or use optional AI-assisted or generative tools, you are responsible for all prompts, instructions, uploads, inputs, settings, selections, generated outputs, edits, approvals, and published content connected to your use of those tools.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, offensive, outdated, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-assisted content before using, publishing, sharing, distributing, or relying on it.
You agree not to use AI Publishing, publishing automation, optional AI-assisted tools, or generative tools to create, assist, publish, or distribute content that:
Is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or exploitative
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, or other rights
Misuses another person’s name, image, likeness, voice, identity, or personal information without proper permission
Impersonates another person, business, organization, public figure, or brand without authorization
Misleads users about identity, origin, sponsorship, endorsement, authorship, authenticity, or whether content was AI-assisted
Creates or promotes scams, phishing, malware, spam, fraud, deceptive activity, or unauthorized marketing
Violates third-party platform rules, content policies, advertising policies, or community standards
Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation controls, usage limits, token requirements, access restrictions, or billing systems
Creates or distributes content that may cause legal, reputational, security, privacy, operational, or safety risk
Acceleposts may log AI Publishing activity, publishing automation activity, prompts, inputs, uploads, outputs, metadata, token usage, usage volumes, account activity, and related information for security, abuse prevention, billing, troubleshooting, performance, legal compliance, moderation, platform improvement, and support as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceleposts may limit, suspend, restrict, disable, or remove access to AI Publishing, publishing automation, optional AI-assisted tools, or generative tools if we believe the tools are being misused, create risk, violate these Terms, violate third-party rules, exceed usage limits, create payment or billing issues, or may harm users, the platform, third-party services, or the public.
Acceleposts does not guarantee that AI-assisted or generated outputs are original, accurate, complete, lawful, copyright-free, non-infringing, commercially usable, accepted by third-party platforms, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for determining whether any AI-assisted or generated output may be used, published, shared, sold, distributed, or relied on for your intended purpose.
8. Optional Particle AI Image Tool
Acceleposts may include access to Particle AI, an optional AI image generation, image creation, or visual design tool where available.
Particle AI is not required to use Acceleposts. Access to Particle AI may depend on your account, enabled AI settings, subscription plan, token package, available usage balance, usage limits, or other platform requirements.
If you choose to enable or use Particle AI, you are responsible for all prompts, inputs, images, references, uploads, settings, selections, generated outputs, edits, approvals, and published content connected to your use of the tool.
You agree not to use Particle AI to create, upload, generate, publish, sell, distribute, or share images or visuals that:
Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, or other intellectual property rights
Misuse another person’s name, image, likeness, identity, voice, personal information, or appearance without proper permission
Impersonate another person, business, organization, public figure, or brand without authorization
Mislead viewers about authenticity, source, sponsorship, endorsement, authorship, or whether content was generated or assisted by AI
Contain illegal, exploitative, hateful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content
Are used for scams, fraud, deception, manipulation, phishing, unauthorized endorsements, impersonation, or abusive activity
Violate third-party platform rules, advertising policies, content standards, or community guidelines
Generated images may not be unique and may resemble images or outputs generated for other users. Acceleposts does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright clearance, trademark clearance, legal compliance, commercial suitability, or third-party platform acceptance of images generated through Particle AI.
You are responsible for reviewing generated images carefully before publishing, selling, distributing, sharing, or using them commercially.
Acceleposts may limit, suspend, restrict, disable, or remove access to Particle AI if we believe the tool is being misused, creates risk, violates these Terms, violates third-party rules, exceeds usage limits, creates payment or billing issues, or may harm users, the platform, third-party services, or the public.
9. Files, Fierce Files, Uploads, and Storage
Acceleposts may provide file storage, file management, media library, upload, download, organization, sharing, or related features, including Fierce Files where available.
You are responsible for all files, media, documents, images, videos, audio, data, and other materials you upload, store, manage, share, download, process, or use through the platform.
You agree not to upload, store, share, process, or distribute files that:
Are illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or malicious
Contain malware, spyware, viruses, ransomware, harmful code, or security threats
Violate privacy, confidentiality, security, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights
Contain sensitive personal information unless you have lawful authority, proper permission, and appropriate safeguards
Are used for fraud, harassment, deception, spam, phishing, impersonation, unauthorized marketing, or abuse
Violate these Terms, applicable laws, third-party platform rules, or the rights of others
If you choose to use uploaded files, images, media, or other materials with optional AI-assisted tools, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permission to use those materials for that purpose.
Storage limits, file limits, upload limits, bandwidth limits, or other usage limits may apply based on your plan, account status, enabled features, technical capacity, or platform rules.
Acceleposts may remove, restrict, disable, or limit access to files that exceed storage limits, create security risk, violate these Terms, violate applicable law, infringe rights, or are associated with suspended, inactive, canceled, compromised, or abusive accounts.
You should maintain independent backups of important files. Acceleposts is not responsible for data loss, file loss, corruption, deletion, failed uploads, failed downloads, storage limits, user error, account misuse, third-party service issues, expired accounts, platform maintenance, suspension, termination, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Search Media Online
Acceleposts may provide tools that help users search, discover, access, preview, reference, or organize media available online.
Search results, external media, third-party media, stock media, public media, or linked media may be subject to separate copyrights, licenses, restrictions, attribution requirements, platform rules, usage limits, or other legal requirements.
The appearance of media in search results, previews, suggestions, libraries, or references does not mean the media is free to use, commercially cleared, licensed to you, owned by Acceleposts, or approved for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for verifying media rights, license terms, attribution obligations, usage restrictions, commercial-use permissions, modification rights, and permitted use before downloading, publishing, modifying, distributing, sharing, or using any third-party media.
Acceleposts does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, ownership, licensing status, commercial suitability, or legal clearance of media found through online search or third-party sources.
Acceleposts may restrict or remove access to media search tools or related activity if we believe the tools are being misused, used to infringe rights, used to distribute harmful content, or used in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rules.
11. Fierce Links, Short Links, QR Codes, CTAs, and Link Tracking
Where available, Acceleposts may include or integrate Fierce Links features, including branded short links, QR codes, CTA links, campaigns, link analytics, click tracking, referrer tracking, device and browser information, approximate location information, campaign reporting, and related tools.
You are responsible for the destinations, content, campaigns, QR codes, CTAs, tracking settings, and links you create, publish, share, or distribute.
You agree not to use link management, QR code, CTA, campaign, or tracking features for:
Phishing, malware, scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive redirects
Spam, unauthorized marketing, or abusive outreach
Circumventing platform rules, moderation systems, account restrictions, or security controls
Linking to illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unsafe content
Misleading users about the destination, purpose, sponsor, source, nature, or effect of a link
Collecting, tracking, or using data unlawfully or without required disclosures, permissions, or consent
Using links, QR codes, or CTAs in a way that violates privacy, advertising, consumer protection, email marketing, anti-spam, cookie, tracking, or data protection laws
Creating links or QR codes that impersonate another business, brand, person, organization, platform, or service
Using review, reputation, or feedback links in a deceptive, coercive, misleading, or unlawful way
Acceleposts may disable, suspend, remove, review, redirect, restrict, or limit links, QR codes, campaigns, CTAs, or accounts that appear abusive, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, advertising, marketing, email, tracking, cookie, consumer protection, data protection, and third-party platform rules when using links, pixels, CTAs, QR codes, analytics, campaigns, or tracking features.
Analytics and tracking information may not be complete, real-time, exact, or error-free. Approximate location, device, browser, click, referral, and campaign data may vary based on user settings, browser restrictions, platform limitations, privacy tools, technical conditions, or third-party services.
Acceleposts does not guarantee that links, QR codes, CTAs, campaigns, or tracking tools will always be available, accepted by third-party platforms, displayed correctly, tracked accurately, or free from interruption.
12. Watermark Tools
Acceleposts may provide watermark tools to help users brand, mark, protect, identify, or label content.
You are responsible for ensuring that any watermark, logo, brand name, trademark, service mark, image, design, or other mark you use is owned by you or used with proper authorization.
You agree not to use watermark tools to:
Impersonate another person, business, organization, platform, or brand
Mislead viewers about ownership, authorship, sponsorship, endorsement, or source
Apply unauthorized trademarks, logos, names, or brand marks to content
Misrepresent content as being owned, created, approved, or endorsed by someone else
Remove, cover, alter, or misuse ownership marks, copyright notices, or attribution information in a way that violates laws or third-party rights
If you apply watermarks to uploaded, generated, AI-assisted, third-party, or externally sourced content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions to use, modify, brand, publish, distribute, or commercialize that content.
Acceleposts is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized watermark use, trademark misuse, brand impersonation, misleading ownership claims, improper attribution, or use of watermarks on content you do not have the right to use.
13. Analytics and Reports
Acceleposts may provide analytics, dashboards, reports, logs, link performance data, publishing activity, channel performance, click data, user activity, usage metrics, token usage data, AI tool usage data where applicable, and related insights.
Analytics and reports are provided for informational purposes only. They may not always be complete, real-time, accurate, uninterrupted, current, or identical to data shown by third-party platforms.
Analytics may vary because of third-party platform limitations, API changes, privacy settings, browser restrictions, ad blockers, device settings, cookie settings, user consent settings, delayed reporting, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.
Link tracking, QR code tracking, campaign reporting, referrer data, approximate location data, device data, browser data, publishing data, and engagement data may be estimated, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
You should not rely solely on Acceleposts analytics or reports for legal, tax, financial, medical, compliance, advertising, investment, employment, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Acceleposts does not guarantee specific marketing results, audience growth, revenue, engagement, search ranking, conversions, clicks, sales, donations, leads, or business outcomes based on analytics or platform use.
14. Automation API and Integrations
Acceleposts may provide Automation API access, API integrations, webhooks, connected services, third-party integrations, developer-related tools, or automated workflow features where available.
You are responsible for:
Keeping API keys, tokens, credentials, passwords, authentication codes, webhook URLs, and integration secrets secure
Ensuring your integrations comply with these Terms, applicable laws, third-party platform rules, and developer policies
Preventing unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, excessive requests, spam, unauthorized automation, or platform disruption
Monitoring activity connected to your API use, integrations, webhooks, connected services, and automated workflows
Disconnecting integrations, API access, webhooks, or connected services that are no longer needed
Ensuring that any automated publishing, data transfer, AI-related workflow, token-based activity, or connected service is properly authorized and monitored
You may not use APIs, integrations, webhooks, automation tools, or connected services to harm, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, bypass limits, scrape data without authorization, interfere with security, access data you are not permitted to access, or disrupt Acceleposts, third-party services, users, or the public.
Acceleposts may limit, suspend, revoke, throttle, restrict, or disable API access, integrations, webhooks, automation tools, or connected services at any time for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, payment issues, third-party platform requirements, or platform stability.
Acceleposts does not guarantee that APIs, integrations, webhooks, automated workflows, or connected services will remain available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible, or unchanged. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs, permissions, rate limits, features, or policies at any time.
15. Payments, Plans, Subscriptions, Tokens, Coupons, and Manual Payments
Tokens are platform-use units only. Tokens have no cash value, are not a bank account, are not stored money, are not transferable unless Acceleposts allows it in writing, and may not be exchanged for cash.
16. Affiliate Tools
Acceleposts may provide affiliate tools, referral tracking, promotional links, commission-related features, or partner program tools where available.
Participation in affiliate or referral features may be subject to approval, eligibility requirements, payout thresholds, fraud checks, tax documentation, identity verification, payment processor requirements, and additional program rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate activity, referral links, promotional content, claims, disclosures, and marketing methods comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising rules, email marketing laws, consumer protection laws, and these Terms.
You may not use affiliate tools for:
Fraudulent referrals
Self-referral abuse
Cookie stuffing
Click fraud
Fake accounts
Misleading claims
False earnings claims
False product claims
Spam or unauthorized marketing
Trademark misuse
Brand impersonation
Deceptive traffic

Acceleposts may withhold, reverse, delay, deny, adjust, or cancel commissions, payouts, or affiliate access connected to suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, canceled accounts, invalid activity, policy violations, payment issues, tax documentation issues, or misuse of affiliate tools.
Affiliate tracking, referral tracking, commissions, payout calculations, and reporting may not always be real-time, complete, accurate, or error-free. Acceleposts may review affiliate activity before approving commissions or payouts.
Participation in affiliate tools does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Acceleposts unless expressly agreed in writing.
17. Support and Help Desk
Acceleposts may provide support through tickets, help desk tools, FAQs, support categories, labels, email support, account notices, or other support channels where available.
Support availability, response times, issue resolution, escalation options, and service levels may vary by plan, issue type, queue volume, technical complexity, platform status, third-party service issues, and available resources.
You agree not to misuse support systems, submit abusive messages, harass support staff, submit false claims, flood tickets, create duplicate or excessive requests, impersonate others, or use support tools for unrelated, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes.
You should not submit passwords, payment card numbers, unnecessary sensitive personal information, private credentials, API secrets, or other confidential information through support channels unless specifically requested through a secure method.
Support communications may be logged, reviewed, processed, and retained for quality, troubleshooting, security, account verification, training, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and platform improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceleposts may close, merge, prioritize, delay, restrict, or decline support requests that are abusive, duplicative, outside the scope of support, unlawful, misleading, unrelated to Acceleposts, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Support does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, that third-party platform issues can be fixed by Acceleposts, or that lost data, failed posts, failed integrations, failed AI outputs, failed token-based actions, or account access issues can always be restored.
18. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Acceleposts to engage in, promote, assist, or facilitate:
Illegal activity
Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, impersonation, or deception
Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, credential theft, harmful code, or unauthorized access
Spam, unauthorized marketing, abusive outreach, or abusive automation
Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate, abuse, discrimination, or harmful conduct
Exploitation, sexual abuse, or harmful content involving minors
Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, or other rights
Unauthorized use of another person’s name, image, likeness, identity, voice, personal information, brand, logo, or protected material
Impersonation, false affiliation, false endorsement, or misleading representation of a person, business, organization, platform, or brand
Misleading AI-generated content, deceptive media, manipulated content, undisclosed synthetic content where disclosure is required, or unauthorized likeness use
Attempts to bypass platform limits, usage limits, token requirements, billing systems, security controls, moderation systems, safety systems, access restrictions, or account restrictions
Scraping, data harvesting, reverse engineering, probing, scanning, testing vulnerabilities, or extracting data without written permission
Interfering with platform operations, servers, networks, APIs, connected services, user accounts, third-party platforms, or security systems
Uploading, storing, distributing, linking to, or transmitting harmful code, malicious files, unsafe content, or unlawful materials
Using Acceleposts, Fierce Links, Fierce Files, AI-assisted tools, Particle AI, publishing tools, automation tools, APIs, integrations, affiliate tools, support tools, or analytics tools in a way that violates these Terms or third-party platform rules
Collecting, processing, tracking, publishing, or sharing personal information unlawfully or without required rights, permissions, disclosures, or consent
Creating, publishing, linking, distributing, or promoting content that may create legal, privacy, security, reputational, operational, financial, or safety risk
Any conduct that abuses, disrupts, exploits, harms, misuses, or attempts to manipulate Acceleposts, users, third-party services, payment systems, token systems, affiliate systems, support systems, or the public
We may investigate, restrict access, remove content, disable links, restrict files, suspend features, revoke tokens or access, disable integrations, limit API access, withhold affiliate payments, terminate accounts, report conduct, preserve evidence, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated, misuse has occurred, or action is needed to protect users, Acceleposts, third-party services, or the public.
19. Third-Party Services
Acceleposts may connect to, rely on, display, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including social platforms, third-party login providers, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, media sources, AI providers, APIs, RSS sources, storage providers, email providers, browser services, and other tools.
Third-party services may include login providers such as Google, Facebook, Meta, or other providers where available. If you choose to use a third-party login provider, your use of that login option is governed by that provider’s own terms, policies, privacy settings, account controls, security practices, and privacy practices.
Third-party services may also include platforms or providers used for publishing, scheduling, analytics, payments, AI-assisted tools, media processing, storage, file handling, email delivery, link tracking, authentication, or other platform functions.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Acceleposts does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, outages, API changes, data handling, billing practices, payment processing decisions, moderation decisions, login restrictions, account decisions, security practices, policy changes, service interruptions, rate limits, feature restrictions, privacy practices, or security incidents outside our control.
Your use of third-party services through Acceleposts is your responsibility and may require you to comply with additional terms, policies, permissions, account settings, usage limits, and platform rules.
Acceleposts does not guarantee that third-party services will remain available, compatible, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or unchanged. A third-party service may modify, restrict, suspend, disable, remove, reject, or discontinue access, integrations, APIs, content, data, accounts, features, or permissions at any time.
Acceleposts is not responsible for losses, delays, failed posts, failed logins, failed payments, failed AI requests, failed media processing, failed analytics, data differences, account restrictions, content removals, or other issues caused by third-party services or conditions outside our control.
20. Intellectual Property
Acceleposts, including its software, interface, design, logos, features, workflows, documentation, trademarks, service marks, branding, platform technology, databases, systems, tools, layouts, code, and related materials, is owned by Acceleposts, its operator, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from Acceleposts except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission.
You may not use Acceleposts names, logos, trademarks, branding, screenshots, platform materials, or service marks in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, ownership, affiliation, or approval without written permission.
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content. Acceleposts does not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you upload, create, store, publish, process, or generate it through the platform.
You grant Acceleposts a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, format, modify as technically necessary, publish as instructed, analyze, support, troubleshoot, secure, and otherwise use your User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and support the platform and related services.
Acceleposts does not grant you rights to third-party content, third-party media, third-party trademarks, third-party logos, third-party platform materials, or externally sourced materials that may appear, be searched, be linked, be imported, or be accessed through the platform.
If you use optional AI-assisted tools or generated content features, you are responsible for determining whether any output may be owned, used, protected, published, sold, licensed, distributed, or commercialized for your intended purpose. Acceleposts does not guarantee that AI-assisted or generated outputs are original, exclusive, copyrightable, trademarkable, non-infringing, legally protectable, or commercially usable.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or recommendations about Acceleposts, you agree that Acceleposts may use them without restriction or compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
21. Beta, Experimental, or Changing Features
Some Acceleposts features may be released as beta, preview, experimental, limited, early-access, test, or developing tools.

Beta, experimental, or changing features may change, break, produce unexpected results, have limited support, be restricted, be removed, be replaced, be renamed, or become unavailable at any time.
These features are provided as-is and as available. You should not rely on beta, experimental, or changing features for critical operations without independent review, backups, safeguards, and alternative plans.
Acceleposts is not responsible for losses, failed posts, failed outputs, failed integrations, data differences, data loss, missed deadlines, business interruption, or other issues resulting from your reliance on beta, experimental, limited, early-access, or changing features.
Acceleposts may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue beta, experimental, early-access, or changing features at any time without guaranteeing continued access, compatibility, or support.
22. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to Acceleposts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, continuous, or always-available service.
The platform, features, tools, files, integrations, APIs, publishing functions, scheduled posts, analytics, links, AI-assisted tools, token-based tools, payment functions, support tools, or connected services may be unavailable, delayed, limited, interrupted, suspended, or restricted at any time.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, technical issues, third-party service issues, API limits, payment issues, security events, user misuse, legal requirements, platform changes, rate limits, provider restrictions, internet issues, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Acceleposts is not responsible for failed posts, delayed posts, missed schedules, failed integrations, failed uploads, failed downloads, failed AI outputs, failed token-based actions, analytics delays, link tracking delays, data differences, temporary access issues, or other interruptions caused by service availability issues or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform or service at any time as needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, platform stability, provider requirements, or business operations.
23. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, limit, downgrade, or terminate your account or access to features if we believe:
You violated these Terms
Your use creates risk to users, Acceleposts, third-party services, payment systems, connected platforms, or the public
Your payment fails, you have unpaid balances, a chargeback occurs, or there is suspected payment abuse
Your account appears compromised, unauthorized, fraudulent, inactive, abusive, or unsafe
You misuse AI-assisted tools, token-based tools, links, files, APIs, integrations, publishing tools, affiliate tools, support tools, analytics tools, or other platform features
You attempt to bypass limits, usage rules, billing systems, security systems, moderation systems, access restrictions, or token requirements
We are required or reasonably requested to do so by law, court order, security concerns, third-party platform rules, payment processors, service providers, or legal obligations
You may stop using Acceleposts at any time. If you cancel a subscription, delete your account, or stop using the platform, your access to certain features, files, links, analytics, tokens, AI tools, publishing tools, connected services, support history, or account data may be limited, disabled, or removed.
Cancellation, account deletion, suspension, or termination may not automatically result in a refund unless required by law or approved by Acceleposts at its discretion.
Account deletion, cancellation, suspension, or termination may not immediately delete all data. We may retain certain information as needed for legal, security, payment, tax, backup, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, audit, dispute resolution, compliance, accounting, platform integrity, or operational reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may also retain limited records of account activity, transactions, support communications, security events, token usage, publishing activity, link activity, API activity, or other relevant information where necessary to protect Acceleposts, users, third-party services, or the public.
You are responsible for exporting, downloading, backing up, or preserving any content, files, data, reports, or records you need before cancellation, deletion, suspension, or termination where export tools are available.
24. Disclaimers
Acceleposts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or always available
Any feature, tool, integration, API, connected service, or third-party service will remain available, compatible, unchanged, or uninterrupted
Scheduled posts, publishing tools, RSS schedules, bulk posts, automation tools, or connected channel activity will always publish successfully, publish on time, display correctly, or be accepted by third-party platforms
AI-assisted tools, token-based tools, Particle AI, generated content, media tools, or other optional AI features will produce accurate, original, lawful, safe, non-infringing, unique, complete, or suitable outputs
Generated content, AI-assisted content, uploaded content, links, campaigns, files, or media will be accepted, displayed, ranked, retained, monetized, or distributed by third-party platforms
Analytics, reports, dashboards, link tracking, QR code tracking, click data, referral data, approximate location data, device data, browser data, token usage data, or campaign data will be complete, real-time, accurate, current, or error-free
Files, media, uploads, user content, reports, account data, tokens, settings, integrations, or other data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, unavailable, deleted, restricted, or inaccessible
Third-party platforms, payment processors, AI providers, hosting providers, login providers, media sources, APIs, RSS sources, storage providers, or other services will remain available, secure, compatible, or unchanged
Use of Acceleposts will produce specific business, marketing, financial, creative, audience, sales, lead, donation, traffic, engagement, ranking, or revenue results
Acceleposts does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, accounting, investment, employment, compliance, advertising, or professional advice. Any content, analytics, AI-assisted output, report, suggestion, or platform information should be reviewed independently before you rely on it.
You are responsible for reviewing content, verifying outputs, maintaining backups, complying with laws, respecting third-party rights, managing connected services, monitoring scheduled activity, protecting your account, and using the platform responsibly.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acceleposts, its operator, affiliates, owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, licensors, vendors, processors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
This includes damages or losses related to loss of data, files, content, revenue, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, audience, engagement, leads, donations, sales, account access, platform access, tokens, subscription access, connected services, third-party accounts, publishing activity, analytics, reports, links, QR codes, campaigns, AI-assisted outputs, generated content, integrations, APIs, or support history.
Acceleposts will not be liable for losses or damages caused by failed posts, delayed posts, missed schedules, failed integrations, failed uploads, failed downloads, failed AI outputs, unsatisfactory AI outputs, failed token-based actions, data differences, analytics errors, tracking errors, third-party platform actions, payment processor issues, account restrictions, content removals, security events, user error, misuse, or circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Acceleposts will not exceed the amount you paid to Acceleposts for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Your use or misuse of AI-assisted tools, token-based tools, Particle AI, generated outputs, prompts, uploaded references, AI-assisted content, or other optional AI features
Your failure to obtain required rights, licenses, permissions, disclosures, consents, or authorizations
Your misuse of the platform, third-party services, payment systems, token systems, affiliate systems, connected services, or third-party platforms
Your payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account activity
Any activity by users, team members, contractors, clients, collaborators, or other persons who access or use Acceleposts through your account, workspace, team, permissions, credentials, connected services, or links
Acceleposts reserves the right to control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to these Terms or Acceleposts will be handled in the appropriate courts or dispute resolution forum located in Norfolk, Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, platform security, user safety, account integrity, or legal rights.
If any part of this section is found unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will continue to apply.
