Acceleposts may allow users to create an account or log in using third-party login providers, including Google, Facebook, Meta, or other providers where enabled.

Name
Email address
Profile picture or avatar, if available

Troubleshoot login or account issues
Connect your login method to your Acceleposts profile
Acceleposts does not receive your Google, Facebook, Meta, or other third-party login password.
Using Google, Facebook, Meta, or another third-party login provider is separate from connecting publishing channels or social media accounts for posting. Logging in with a third-party provider does not automatically give Acceleposts permission to publish content, manage pages, access private messages, or control your social accounts unless you separately authorize those permissions through a connected feature.
Google, Facebook, Meta, or other third-party providers may collect or process information when you use their login services, including information showing that you used their service to access Acceleposts. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, terms, account settings, and user controls.
You may review Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Meta/Facebook’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
You may be able to manage or revoke Acceleposts access through your Google Account settings, Facebook/Meta account settings, or other third-party provider settings. Removing access through a third-party provider may affect your ability to log in using that provider, but it does not automatically delete your Acceleposts account unless you separately request account deletion through Acceleposts.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Acceleposts may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, session storage, software development kits, tracking links, QR tracking, CTA tracking, affiliate attribution tools, analytics technologies, and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember preferences

- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Operate payments and subscriptions
- Measure platform usage
- Provide analytics and reporting
- Track link clicks, QR scans, CTAs, campaigns, or affiliate referrals
- Understand performance and errors

- Improve the platform
4.1 Essential Technologies
Some cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, logs, and similar technologies are necessary for Acceleposts to function properly.
These technologies may support login sessions, authentication, account security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment flows, account preferences, language or timezone settings, user permissions, connected services, and basic platform operations.
Essential technologies may also help us keep users signed in, remember platform settings, protect accounts, detect suspicious activity, prevent unauthorized access, maintain service stability, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Because these technologies are necessary for Acceleposts to operate, disabling them may affect your ability to log in, use platform features, access connected services, complete payments, or use Acceleposts properly.
4.2 Analytics Technologies
We may use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with Acceleposts, including feature use, page activity, session activity, performance, errors, publishing activity, link activity, QR code activity, campaign engagement, and related platform usage.
Analytics technologies may help us measure which features are used, identify technical issues, improve performance, troubleshoot errors, understand campaign activity, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience.
Analytics data may include device information, browser information, approximate location, referral information, click activity, timestamps, usage patterns, and related technical data.
Some analytics data may be aggregated, anonymized, pseudonymized, truncated, or limited where appropriate or where required by platform settings, browser controls, privacy tools, or applicable law.
Analytics may be provided by Acceleposts directly or by third-party analytics providers where used. Third-party analytics providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and service terms.
4.3 Fierce Links and Tracking Technologies
If you use Fierce Links, short links, QR codes, CTAs, campaign links, pixels, scripts, tags, tracking events, or analytics features, those tools may collect data about clicks, scans, referrers, devices, browsers, approximate locations, campaign sources, conversion-related activity, and related performance information.
This tracking helps users understand link activity, QR code activity, campaign performance, audience engagement, referral sources, and conversion-related activity.
Depending on the feature used, tracking data may include timestamps, IP address or truncated/anonymized IP address where applicable, approximate geographic location, device type, browser type, operating system, referring page, UTM parameters, campaign labels, and related event data.
Users who create or distribute tracking links, QR codes, CTAs, campaigns, pixels, scripts, tags, or tracking events are responsible for providing any legally required notices, consents, cookie banners, opt-outs, or privacy disclosures to their own visitors, customers, subscribers, audiences, or other end users.
Acceleposts may use tracking and link-related data to provide analytics, campaign reporting, abuse detection, fraud prevention, security monitoring, troubleshooting, performance insights, and support.
4.4 Affiliate and Attribution Technologies
Affiliate features may use cookies, links, referral IDs, tracking parameters, pixels, scripts, tags, or similar technologies to identify referrals, conversions, commissions, payout eligibility, promotional activity, and related affiliate performance.
These technologies may help Acceleposts track affiliate activity, verify referrals, calculate commissions, prevent fraud, detect invalid activity, review payout eligibility, resolve disputes, and manage affiliate reporting.
Affiliate and attribution data may include referral source, click timestamps, conversion activity, campaign identifiers, account identifiers, device or browser information, approximate location, payout status, and related technical or performance data.
Users who participate in affiliate features are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activity, referral links, disclosures, and marketing methods comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform rules, affiliate program rules, and these Terms.
Where required by law, users must clearly disclose affiliate relationships, paid promotions, incentives, referral arrangements, or commission-based links to their own audiences.
4.5 Third-Party Technologies
Third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, AI providers, media providers, storage providers, connected platforms, social integrations, API providers, and login providers such as Google, Facebook, Meta, or other providers may use their own cookies, pixels, tracking technologies, local storage, session storage, logs, or similar technologies.
These third-party technologies may support login, authentication, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, hosting, security, publishing, integrations, AI-assisted tools, media processing, file storage, support, or other platform functions.
Acceleposts does not control all third-party cookies, tracking technologies, or similar tools used by third-party services. Their use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by their own privacy policies, cookie policies, terms, account settings, and user controls.
You may be able to manage some third-party technologies through your browser settings, device settings, third-party account settings, or privacy controls offered by the applicable provider.
4.6 User Controls
You can usually control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, device settings, privacy tools, or third-party account settings.
Blocking, disabling, or deleting cookies or similar technologies may affect login, platform functionality, account security, payment flows, saved preferences, analytics, tracking, connected services, integrations, or your ability to use certain Acceleposts features.
Where legally required, Acceleposts may provide cookie notices, consent mechanisms, preference tools, or opt-out options for technologies used directly by Acceleposts.
Users who create tracking links, QR codes, CTAs, campaigns, pixels, scripts, tags, affiliate links, or similar tracking tools through Acceleposts are responsible for providing any legally required cookie notices, consent mechanisms, opt-out options, privacy disclosures, or tracking notices to their own visitors, customers, subscribers, audiences, or other end users.
Your choices may not affect technologies controlled by third-party providers. Third-party services may provide their own privacy settings, cookie controls, account settings, or opt-out options.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information only as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, or legally protect Acceleposts.

Examples may include sending scheduled posts, retrieving publishing status, collecting analytics, connecting accounts, verifying login credentials, authenticating access, processing API requests, syncing authorized data, or troubleshooting connected services.
Third-party login providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, account settings, and user controls. Acceleposts does not control how Google, Facebook, Meta, or other third-party providers handle information through their own services.

5.9 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may share aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or statistical information that does not reasonably identify a specific user, account, visitor, or individual.
5.10 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money.
If any future activity is considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar activity under applicable privacy laws, we will provide any legally required notices, choices, or opt-out options.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Acceleposts, maintain accounts, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain security, process payments, support connected services, and operate the platform.

Removing Acceleposts access from Google, Facebook, Meta, or another third-party login provider may affect your ability to log in using that provider, but it does not automatically delete your Acceleposts account unless you separately request deletion through Acceleposts.
You should download, export, or back up important content, files, reports, links, analytics, billing records, or other information before requesting deletion where export or download tools are available.

These locations may have privacy or data protection laws that differ from the laws in your location.
Where required, we will take appropriate steps designed to protect personal information transferred across borders, which may include contractual protections, security measures, provider reviews, or other legally recognized safeguards.
If you use Acceleposts to collect, process, track, publish, or manage information from people in other countries or regions, you are responsible for understanding and complying with privacy, cookie, consent, marketing, data protection, and platform requirements that apply to your own audience, customers, visitors, subscribers, clients, or end users.
